Privacy Policy

This policy explains what CHAZER (CHAZER, “we”) collects when you use our WhatsApp deal tracker and web dashboard (the “Service”), why we collect it, who processes it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Your account: your WhatsApp phone number and the name you give us when you send “Register me”. There is no password.
• Messages you send or forward to Chazer: the text only (we do not download photos, voice notes or documents), and the deals, visits, reminders, tags and commission figures we create from them.
• Information about your customers that you choose to include: names, phone numbers, property details, budgets and notes.
• Payments: plan, amount and status. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Technical data: request logs, error reports and basic usage events, used to keep the Service reliable and secure.

How we use it

• To run the Service: understand your messages, keep your deals and reminders, and reply on WhatsApp.
• To show your data back to you on the dashboard and to your team partners (if you add any).
• To process payments and provide your plan.
• To prevent abuse, keep the Service secure, and comply with the law.

Chazer only replies to messages you send. We do not send promotional or broadcast messages, and we never read your other WhatsApp chats — we only see what you choose to send or forward to Chazer.

AI processing

To turn a message such as “Owner Rahul 2BHK Virar 25k” into a structured deal, the text of that message is sent to an AI model provider (such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Google). Only the message and a short list of your matching deals are sent, never your whole history; phone numbers of existing deals are shortened to their last 4 digits. The provider returns structured data; all decisions and replies are made by our own software. Our providers process this data to provide the service to us and do not use it to train their models under our business terms.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising. We share it only with providers needed to run Chazer:

• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — to receive and send WhatsApp messages.
• AI model providers — to understand message text, as described above.
• Hosting and database providers (for example Vercel, Railway and Neon) — to store and serve your data.
• Razorpay — payments. Our email provider — receipts and account emails.
• Error-monitoring and product-analytics providers — to fix problems and improve the product.

These providers act on our instructions and must protect your data. We may also disclose data when required by law.

Your responsibilities for customer data

You decide what information about your customers you send to Chazer. Please only share information you are allowed to share and use it for your real-estate work, in line with applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Your rights and choices

• Access and export: view your deals on the dashboard; paid plans can send EXPORT on WhatsApp for a full download.
• Correction: correct any deal on WhatsApp (“Rahul ka naam Rahul Sharma karo”) or on the dashboard.
• Stop: send STOP and Chazer goes silent; START brings it back.
• Delete: send DELETE ACCOUNT on WhatsApp, or contact us. Your data is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted.
• You may also ask us to access, correct or erase your data, or raise a grievance, using the contact below.

Cookies

We use a secure login cookie to keep you signed in to the dashboard, and your browser's storage for small preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Retention and security

We keep your data while your account is active. The text of the WhatsApp messages you send to Chazer, and its replies, is kept for 90 days (your deals, notes and history stay while your account is active). Messages that could not be processed and technical logs are kept for a limited time. After deletion, limited payment records may be kept where required for tax or legal reasons. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and protected by access controls, but no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Children

Chazer is for real-estate professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date above will change. We will make significant changes clear.
